Meandér

Meandér is an experimental improv music duo, merging a phat guitar sound with sharply hewn character of drums. On their journey the band balance upon a thin line of music and noise, observing the harmonies out of chaos and sounds awakening from the mass silence. They dive deep into the stream of spontaneous occurrence in sound whilst listening to the present moment as it became a vanishing point, towards which rolls everything.

Album - V

“V” is a dwelling in the stream of events. “V” are four original compositions created out of a single attunement, compositions linked with the mysterious inner unity that transcends the individual pieces. Instead of songs lined one after another, their fourfold creating the fifth something. The recorded music is intentionally left in the most raw state possible. An attempt to rediscover beauty in the exposure. Beauty disclosed by random error, the essence of an organism. Beauty obvious in imperfection, accepted on the journey to completeness.
